Refund & Cancellations Policy

We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. As a small business, each item is always made with care and quality in mind. However if you have purchased any item from our ready made collection and believe you have a faulty item we can offer a refund for all items subject to the below conditions. All items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

Disclaimer: Please note that these pieces are made using limited or deadstock fabric. Minor variations in stitching, print placement, or finish may occur — these are part of each garment’s unique character and are not considered faults.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, or are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue and may be able to offer store credit, repair or a refund depending on the situation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and free from any odour, stains, or marks (such as deodorant, makeup, or fake tan). You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase or your order number so we can locate your order within the 7-day time frame.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Change of mind or preference. 

 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please sign in to your account and submit a return request from your order history. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Cancelling an Order

If you’ve changed your mind about an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order via our contact page to request a cancellation. After this time, your order may already be in progress or materials may have been cut, we are unable to cancel or refund it once production has started.

 

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our fabrics, exchanges are not always possible. The quickest way to ensure you receive your desired item is to place a new order once your return (if eligible) has been approved and processed.

 

European Economic Area (EEA) 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EEA , you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and your item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. You’ll also need to include your receipt or proof of purchase.
